Happy 1st Birthday William!

I can't believe it's already been a year. Seems like Ed and I were just getting used to every two hours feedings, changing diapers and rocking William back to sleep. Now, he's walking all around the house and chewing real food with his set of 2 teeth. I'm looking forward to the next year, I'm sure William will be talking in words, move from stuttered lil walk to running and continue to get into all sorts of scrapes :) Now that he's here, I can't imagine what life was like pre-William. Happy 1st birthday lil guy! We love you soooo much!

Pumpkin Festival at Stone Mountain Park

Yay! More fun fall activities! Yesterday we met up with my in laws and nieces for fun and adventure at Stone Mountain Park. It's an annual festival filled with attractions, entertainment, activities and fall decorations that are fun for all ages. William had a great time. He was bouncing, smiling and babbling. It's fun to take him to these places as he is getting more aware of the environment and interactive to all the activities. We also had the best Southern food inside the park....Fried pickles, sweet potato and the best chicken and dumplings. Yum! It definitely hit the spot. I was too busy devouring on my food that I forgot to take pictures of the food :(

William was exhausted after the days event. As soon as we strapped him in his carseat, he zonked out and took a cat nap on the way home :)

Here's a photo of these cuties in front of the 3 lil piggies.
Went to explore the Jack Squash's A-MAZE-ing Adventure. I got tricked once but learned my lesson :) The rest of the crew did well. The maze ends in a pile of bubbles and suds. Here's Brooke all drenched in soap.We all road the train to marvel around Stone mountains and enjoy the beautiful views and landscape. The train experience includes a narration of the chronological history of the trains around Stone Mountain from the mid0-1800s .Giant pumpkin at the patch entrance.William and Brooke picking out small pumpkins to paint.Messy but fun!The girls had their hair done. How cute! I was so tempted to get one myself :) ****CLICK HERE FOR MORE PICTURES****

Pumpkin Patch Farm

Yesterday we took William to the pumpkin patch at Berry Patch Farms. This was a first for all three of us. The patch was packed because of the spectacular weather. We truly enjoyed the trip...they have a petting zoo, a playground and lots of pumpkin selection.

William loved the hayride.
William was fascinated at the scarecrows.

Heather's Baby Shower

Heather had an absolutely spectacular baby shower at Luciano's Ristorante Italiano. Her mom and sister did a great job setting this party up. The details were awesome, the location unforgettable, the food scrumptious, and the kindness of her friends and family was overwhelming.

One thing I love about Heather's family is that they are celebraters. Life is thrilling to them and they take advantage of all the moments they have to embrace and commemorates its stages.
The details were enchanting. The cake looked great and tasted fantastic.
