Will The Real Santa Please Stand Up

Not that last week's Santa is not that important. In fact, the Chick-fil-a cow is a local celeb and kinda big dig deal here in Atlanta. However if we are talking about Santa, the Santa at Phipps is one of the most famous Santa in Atlanta. He is so in demand that people stay up late the midnight that they open their web reservation so they can get great spot. I was lucky that I didn't had to but still got a good time slot.

William did real well. Not a lot of smile but no cries either. We were so proud of him. He was just observing all the commotion and wondering who this big man is :) On a side note, as we were exiting, the lady who works with Santa said that she sees a lot of kids but thinks that William has got to be one of the cutest....now whether she says it to every single parent, it made my heart go pitter patter coz I soo think that our lil man is the cutest :)

Here we are waiting in line.
The gorgeous tree at Phipps.

Yay Santa also gives yummy candy cane!

Happy Birthday Dad

My Dad celebrated his 78th birthday this past weekend. I'm sure my siblings will share my sentiment --I am so greatful to have a Dad that everything a father should be. And then some more.

Dad has been a big fan of sushi lately so we had dinner at Nori Nori. Although a buffet, it's not your typical Asian buffet. The selections are upscale and will blow your mind - A wide spread of fresh sashimi and sushi, made to order hibachi dishes, salads, soups and vast dessert choices.

Pink Pig

My friend Karen invited us this past weekend to the Macy's Pink pig. She and her daughter Kate have been several times---so I'm pretty sure we went with the expert. Thanks again for the invite Karen!

The Pink Pig is an Atlanta Tradition.  It debut in 1953 as a children's ride at downtown Rich's store.  The original Pink Pig - Priscilla, gave children an elevated view of the store's toy department.

Happy Halloween!!!

A busy day for the birthday boy but he wouldn't miss his first Halloween Parade of Costumes at school. Ed and I took the day off to spend the day with William. As soon as he walked in the door, his teachers were so excited to say Happy Birthday to him. Lots of cute costumes at the parade. The kiddos are adorable.
