{Samantha: 3 Month Old}

Samantha bean is 3 months old! No scheduled doctor's appointment so no stats.You have the cutest smile and LOVES it when somebody's talking to you. You squeal loudly with delight! Although, you still have picky moments where Mommy and only Mom alone can calm you down.
You can grab things with your hands. You are especially fond of the toys dangling on your playmat.
You love hugs and kisses from your Daddy!
You love sticking that tongue out and putting your fist in your mouth.
You adore your big brother! Here you are guys hanging out and cooling off on this hot Atlanta weather.

{First Day at Daycare}

It's Samantha's first day at daycare today. I boohoo all night long. I guess it's a normal feeling for a parent. Daycare has been a wonderful experience for William and I hope that his baby sister will have the same. William walked Samantha to her room. He was cheering her and told her that she'll have fun. She was happy and content when I left. I pray that she stays the same all day.

{4th of July:2010}

I heart 4th of July...even better a 3 day weekend 4th is the best! This is Samantha's first and I was so excited to pick up her 4th of July outfit(s). Holiday outfits are so fun!

Chamblee had their 4th(3rd) of July fireworks. We didn't stay for the show but still had lots of fun hanging out and listening to the band. I love that Keswick park is walking distance from our house. This event truly felt like a neighborhood event. That's very hard to see nowadays in Atlanta.

My in laws were camping at Callaway Garden. We went for a day trip and let the kiddos play with their cousins.

Ed ran the Peachtree Road Race for me this year. Samantha still wouldn't take a bottle so I had to stay home with the kids. Post race we spend some time with my visiting family.

Monday, we (aka Ed) decided to smoke some pulled pork and ribs. It was delish! We invited some friends over and it was a very nice and laid back get together. I wish all mondays are like this!

Here's Ed modeling the 2010 Peachtree Road Race shirt. He did so good considering he didn't train for it.
I made this trifle and it was really good! Very simple and easy to make. This might just become a 4th tradition.
Hope y'all had a great 4th! I am blessed to be living in this wonderful country!

{Culler Reunion:2010}

Traveling with a toddler and a 2 month old baby was kind of scary (especially with a lil one who is not a big fan of car rides) but none the less we braved it to make it to the Culler reunion at Tennessee. Samantha pleasantly surprised us and did great on our car ride. We ABSOLUTELY love visiting and our lil boy is just elated running around the grounds and spending time with his GG and Aunts.

Here's a family picture at the Culler reunion.
Samantha getting lots of loving from GG.
The reunion was right next to a river and William had a blast throwing rocks at the water.
We spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out at GG's house. She has the best view of the mountain!
She also got a new Kubota and took us for a spin.William even "rode" the tractor with Aunt Sonja.
William also checked out the barn.
He was fascinated with all the rolled up hay.
He even tried chewing it:)
Ed and William playing around the grounds.
GG has the best porch!
Samantha hanging out with Aunt Sharon.
William spotted a raccoon and was very determined to find another one.
Then at the end of the day we all cooled off at Aunt Sonja's house.
What a wonderful weekend it was! We are blessed to have the opportunity to experience such a wonderful place and be around family.

{Grandmommy's Bday:2010}

Weekdays are a lil busy for us and it's difficult to go around town. On a tuesday hower, we made the trek down south of the city to celebrate the birthday of special lady---my mother in law. It was a beautiful day and we had a nice dinner with our family.

Samantha and me before heading out. Love how our outfit kinda coordinated.
