{On Top of Spaghetti}

At dinner time, I always ask William what he had for lunch at school. The other night, I asked him if he had spaghetti. I couldn't help but smile big when he started singing this song he learned from school :)

{Chatty Girl}

Samantha has been babbling a lot. Unfortunately for this Momma, it looks like her first word will be Dada.

{Special Moment Version 2.0}

There are plenty of special moments at our house but I'm not going to lie 2 weeks ago I would have not dared write this. Lack of sleep and rest takes a toll on parents from time to time. Samantha got the wicked double ear infection and was waking up every 2 hours. It shook Ed and I. There were some fights but on the fifth day(yes it took that much time), we both confirmed that we are a team and we built a plan to tackle our sleepless nights. No parents are too old to learn tricks. Even with the second one, we are still learning.

Thankfully those hard times are short lived and replaced with special moments like these. Both parents (and kids) are well rested and we are enjoying the laughters surrounding our house.

A lil girl whose very much enjoying her bathtime!
And splashes and all Loves her sippy cup!Crawling all over places!Gummy smile and chubby cheeks.

Loving on her buddy Riley
Playing with toys
Brother and sister playing so well together. An eager and loving big brother and always cheering on his lil sis.
A well rested Mom who actually had time to make Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon.
A well rested Dad with all the energy to play XBOX 360 Kinect with his 3 year old.Loving these special moments!

Shutterfly

Ok, I deleted my previous 50 free cards post. Evidently there are rules to get these freebies :)

I love shutterly(and free stuff) so much that I'll do a re-do. LOL. Pre-baby and before it was the coolest thing, the hubby and I have always used photo cards as our Christmas greeting of choice. Yes, back then our doggie Riley was the star of the show. Sad, because in the recent years, Riley has been excluded from some of our cards. Bad doggie mommy. I don't think he minds as much because I make up for it by giving him a doggie treat. So all is good!

I'm looking forward to this year's card. This will be Samantha's first appearance on the Culler Holiday card. Definitely going with a photo card again this year. My babies are too cute to not be displayed on people's mantle of holiday cards :)
I make sure that every single one of our Christmas card says Merry Christmas on it. We are Christians so that's what our family is celebrating. No offense to other holidays and I respect everyones celebration but it's a Merry Christmas celebration for us.
So here we go with my favorites.

Simple yet festive and has the traditional red, green and white Christmas colors.
I love the gift tag and the calendar year tag. Do you ever go back and wonder what year the card was for?
Perfect way to have our family photo on the top and individual pictures of the kids at the bottom. Also love the monogram design.
My design choices can be best sum up to this--contains Merry Christmas and has plenty of room to highlight pictures. What are your must have for your Christmas cards?

{William's 3rd Birthday Celebration}

My dear William, Happy 3rd birthday! You are getting so big! On your 3 year check up, the doctor was very pleased with your developmental progress and physical growth.
Weight- 31 lbs 13 oz
Height - 36.5 inches
I know I am your Mom and this is my blog, but I just want to rave and tell you how absolutely magical it is to have you as our child.

You are special. Kindness and charisma is in you. You will definitely do wonders in this world(no pressure). It is very common for your Dad and I to hear people compliment you--on how polite, witty, smart and handsome you are.
On your special day, your friends and family gathered together to celebrate you!

You had a dino birthday bash at school. You requested for a dino cookie cake for this festivity. All your classmates (and teachers) thought it was the coolest cake ever!

The following day you had your Superhero Squad birthday party at Sandy Springs fun house. What a fun place!
We had a huge crowd! About 60 guests and had to rent out 2 party room. You were so happy to see everybody!

You and your bff Jackson had a blast trying out every games.
All the kids enjoyed all the different game choices..
Heck even adults too (ahem Granddaddy)

Happy birthday to our dancing big boy! Hope you had a great time!

We love you very much!!!

{Halloween 2010}

I had this vision of having my two kids in their coordinating outfit. No dice, this year as William had his heart set on one and only one costume --- Ironman. This choice goes way back in July when stores were starting to advertise costume choices. Oh well. But the good thing about this, he truly owned this costume. He was in character every single time he wore that costume. That mask was on him all the time. I really thought that he would be taking it off but nope it stayed on. Makes it all so worth it and really fun!

Samantha on the other hand was our sweet precious lil cow. I picked a no fuss and warm costume for her. I'm so glad that we did because she was comfortable in it and actually did not mind wearing it.

On to the fun activities, the kid's school costume of parade. Love, love this event. The moment you step in the classrooms there's this big excitement in the air. You can tell that this is also parent's favorite event because the parking lot was packed.

Infant class parading. Yay, Samantha loved it!
William and his pre-school 2 class. You can already tell that he's a teacher's favorite :) His teacher walked out with him.
Each class had a fall/halloween related performance. William's class sang Itsy bitsy spider. William just transitioned to pre-school 2 a week before the Halloween event. He's one of the youngest in this class but is doing really great adjusting to this new class and was even on queue on class performance.
Proud parents!

Ironman fueling at his school Halloween party.Another Halloween activity that we participated in this year is the Atlanta Botanical Garden's Goblin in the Garden event. It was so fun seeing all these kids in their costumes. William had numerous people approach him with high fives and were just cooing on how cute he is. Not to be biased, but I think he really looked so adorable in this costume. Samantha decided to skip the costume and stayed in her comfy Halloween onesie. She looked so cute in it and was happy as can be being in her carrier and people watching.

We met William's BFF Allison and these two had a blast exploring the garden and participating in all the fun activities offered.
Junior League of Atlanta had a booth set up. Free books, arts and crafts. Kids loved it!
Somebody had a changed of heart and decided to opt out of the pony ride the last minute.
But the train ride was a huge hit! Such big kids and they even went on their own.
