{Cagle's Farm}

We met the J family from William's Tball.  William and Hendrix were always partners on practice. You can also tell that Dads Ed and Vic are having a great time on the field coaching their sons. We've been extremely fortunate to meet families that value the same things we do. Good time is always had when we all get together. They all moved up North Atlanta but we keep in touch via email.

I was so ecstatic when Meredith emailed me asking if we all want to go together to the pumpkin patch. William and Samantha were counting the days that they get to meet their friends Vivi and Hendrix again. Meredith suggested Cagle's Farm and we quickly agreed. We've never been so it was nice to have the chance to explore a new place. My sister was free that day, so I invited her to go with us.

Love, love Cagle's Farm. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do. The kids had so much fun bouncing on this.

We took  a hay ride and ventured into the farm to watch a sheltie herd humungous cows.
The whole farm had such vibrant decor
These kiddos are growing up way to fast.
After our hayride the kids had the chance to pet some of the animals at the farm.
We each get to pick a tiny pumpkin/gourd for souvenir. Samantha held on to her gourds like it was her baby.
We were all starving so we decided to all take a break and indulge in some good ole country snack - kettle corn, cotton candy and boiled peanuts.
They were selling roasted corn and we just had to try to them.
I think the  highlight of the adventure for the kids is the corn maze. They were all into it and had so much fun running around.
Pumpkins are always perfect backdrop for fall pictures.
William found the perfect pumpkin for our Jack O Lantern!

{Disney 2012: Character Dining and Show}

There were no shortage of character dining  and show for us on this trip. Every night, we had something scheduled.

Dinner with the princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. The featured princess at this restaurant is Belle. She so regal in her beautiful yellow gown.

With Cinderella.
Ariel was really adorable. She kept calling William Sailor and even invited him for a swim.
Dinner at the Garden Grill with Chip & Dale. Fresh Harvest food was served in this revolving restaurant. William noticed it and said "Hey, we've moved"
Our last night, we went to see Hoop Dee Doo Revue Musical. My in laws were staying at the Fort Wilderness Campground so it was a great opportunity for the kids to explore the campground. A long time favorite, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is hosted in a rustic dance hall, with rousing Wild West dancing, singing and zany vaudeville comedy. It was so funny to hear William laughing out loud at the jokes. Cleary, he's a big boy now and can comprehend humor.

{Disney 2012: Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch}

We headed over to the Polynesian one morning to have Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. It was our first time at Polynesian. I love how the whole lobby smells like Bugambillia.
You'll definitely get into the Aloha spirit. From the decor to the gift shop. Disney goes all out :)
A family picture with our lei (except the boy who thought that it was only for girls).
The food was delish!  The POG juice was ah mazing!
We had so much fun with all featured characters Lilo and Stitch.
Samantha was apprehensive to get close to the characters, and Stitch was so sweet and tried to make her feel comfortable by letting her touch his face.
Mickey and Donald made an appearance as well.
Great way to kick off our day!

{Disney 2012: Animal Kingdom}

On our second day, we ventured off to the Animal Kingdom park. We arrived when the park opened. It was also a low crowd day, so it was a great day to explore Animal Kingdom.
The Tree of Life, a sculpted 145 foot tall, 50 foot wide tree is the centerpiece and icon in Disney's Animal Kingdom park. The Lion King characters are main features of the park.
We've never seen the movie Lilo and Stitch but William became a fan of him after our Character breakfast with him at Ohana's.
The kids loved the Kilimanjaro Safari expedition. We saw a lot of giraffes and lions. Samantha quickly recognized them.
Another recommended must see at Animal Kingdom park, is the Festival of the Lion King. It's a 30 minute broadway show packed with characters from the Lion King Movie.
Unfortunately, Samantha wasn't a big fan of the dark environment and loud sound effects. We had to step out. It worked out great because they were setting up a character signing spot for Pocahontas. We were second in line and this was Samantha's first "princess" meet. She was enchanted!
Very happy she met Pocahontas!
My nieces and nephew came into Disney a couple of days earlier than us. I am so glad that we got the chance to spend a day at the park with them. Jake and William are best buds and just had a great time hanging out together.
The Dino-Rama area was a cool section. The boys loved this area a lot.
Ed and Samantha riding the Tricera Top Spin.
My niece, Paige and me.
William won this green sharkie, while playing one of the arcade games at Animal Kingdom.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear that William enjoyed riding Dinosaur with Ed. From what I heard, it is a really scary ride.
Here's William with Everest in the background. Ed and I had a chance to ride it with the grown ups. So fun!
More playtime at the Dino-Rama area.
As we were walking out of the park, Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade were just started. We decided to grab a quick ice cream snack and enjoy the music.
A very tiring day, but a lot of fun!
