{Father's Day 2012}

What a beautiful weekend it was to celebrate the special person in our life. My kids are so blessed to have such a wonderful and loving father. He is the balance of fun and discipline!

We all got up bright early to past Saturday and met up with the W family to cheer Ed and Brian on their's Braves Country Father's Day 4 mile run. The kids have gotten accustomed to us racing and they were very ecstatic to see their Dad run this race.  Of course, William and Samantha proudly wear their "Dad" shirts.

It was a fun 4 mile race where the runners cross the finish line at the Braves dugout. William, Samantha and Jackson were great spectators and were so happy and proud when their Dad's finished the race. What great role models are Ed and Brian to the kids! Balancing family life and fitness is not easy but these Dads sure have put great effort in this.

Ed finished strong and ran this race at 28.01. He is Mr. Speedy indeed!

The next day we met my in laws at Flip burger for lunch. They had prime rib burger on the menu for Father's day special.

The Clark's joined us at well at this wonderful lunch.

Gigi's Cupcake is in the same shopping complex as Flip so we had to grab a couple of cupcakes to satisfy our sweet tooth.
