{Family Dinner Date: Sway}

Family dinner dates are the best! Had so much fun getting dressed up and take the kids with us to a nice place. My in laws gave us a certificate at Sway Restaurant.

These two were on their best. Our server complimented them as behaved and well mannered guests.

The restaurant features a southern menu. They started us of with muffins, corn bread and biscuit. We also ordered a crab dip for appetizer. It was loaded with real crab. More than what you would typically see on a restaurant's crab dip. William also asked us, what an appetizer is. I guess, we never really order them...well, after this dining experience, he now asks us at restaurants if we are getting an appetizer :)  Even during lunch.

This fried chicken, a half of a chicken was moist and tender. Ed had shrimp and grits and he said that it had great flavor.

The highlight of our dinner was the pie bar at the restaurant. All you can -eat pies is just ridiculously awesome! There were about 6 big pies and 6 mini pies along with 2 types of cookies and peanut butter mousse in shot glasses, and our lovely server  brought us a cute little pail of decadent ice cream.

Belly full and sugar high, brings happy lil customers.
