{Braves Open House 2012 and Player of the Day}

We've heard about the Braves Open House for years and how fun it is to go. This year we finally made it, it seems like the past years we've always had a schedule conflict. When my friend Ra sent me an invite to join them, we were excited. My kids adore their lil guy Jackson!

Baseball must have been the theme of the day. Early morning, William had a Tball game. Granddaddy and Grandmommy came to watch him play. William also got the golden ball and was the player of the day.

We all grabbed a quick breakfast with the family and started heading to Turner field to meet the W family for Braves Open House. As we walked in, the band was playing and Homer was taking pictures with guests.
Unfortunately, it rained last night so the kids weren't able to run the bases. That would have been so cool. We still had a blast and partake on activities around. Jackson and William are both playing tball this spring so they were super excited to hit.
We started making our way to the team dugout. I highly recommend coming in to the event early to avoid the long lines.
The kids look so adorable sitting at the dugout.
It was so neat to see the SunTrust Club. Found out that for $25K, you can secure a seat here for one season. Wow! We were oooing at Hank Aaron's bat.  An Atlanta legend and one of the greatest baseball players of all time.
I am so glad that we finally made it to the Braves open house. We had a blast! Thanks Ra for inviting us.
